At Harrisburg Self Storage, we ask that all tenants carry coverage to protect their belongings in case of unexpected events like theft, fire, or weather damage. As a tenant, you're absolutely welcome to provide proof of your own insurance if you already have coverage in place. We just ask that it meets the basic requirements and is kept current on file.
For your convenience, we also offer our own protection plan which many tenants choose because it does not carry a deductible --- unlike most traditional renters insurance policies. That means if something does happen, there's no out-of-pocket cost before coverage kicks in.
